Have your clients ever have a bad day at the office?

Undoubtedly, YES.

Are your clients getting bored with the same old workouts?

Sometimes.

Boxing is easy to learn. You don't need much equipment and easy to incorporate into your client's training program. You don't need weights, and you can teach it almost anywhere.

There are a plethora of reason why you should learn to teach some boxing.

  • Clients come to you because they want to get in shape with your specialized program

  • You set yourself apart as the "go-to" trainer in your area

  • Strengthen their "core," to cross-train for golf, tennis, football, or other sports

  • Learn self-defense

  • Improve self-esteem and self-confidence;

  • Have fun and get away from generic training programs

  • Tell their friends that they are doing something "cool" and different

Try taking up boxing yourself or get a boxing instructor to teach you the basics, jab, cross, hook, stance, and how to hold the pads. Now you should be good to teach beginners how to throw some punches and have fun during your training sessions.

Add an extra layer to your training skills, attract new clients and make some extra money.
